We do not facilitate refunds or replacements for online orders.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorisation being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as payment against the value of the goods you purchased.
We will deliver online orders within 3 – 5 working days from the date of transaction, customers will receive a dispatch notification to their registered mobile number upon dispatch of order.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from courier delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
Please note that all Deliveries must be to a full postal address as deliveries are not accepted for PO Box addresses.
Change of delivery address cannot be accommodated once the package has been dispatched.
Complaints – We operate a complaint handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise, please let us know if you have any complaints or comments.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.
